Plain English: By signing up for Dembri, you agree to these terms. We'll keep them short, fair, and free of legal traps. If you have a question, email hello@dembri.com.
Dembri is a UAE compliance SaaS operated by Dembri (legal entity in formation) — a UAE free-zone company in the process of incorporation. These Terms apply between Dembri ("we", "us") and you ("you", the user).
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Dembri.
Dembri is a self-service compliance dashboard for UAE businesses. You can:
We are not a law firm, a tax advisor, or a PRO service. Dembri provides software and informational guidance — not legal, tax, or filing services. For binding advice, consult a licensed advisor.
Dembri offers paid plans billed monthly in AED via Stripe.
| Plan | Price (AED / month) |
|---|---|
| Pro (single business) | 299 |
| Business (up to 5 entities) | 599 |
| Group (multi-entity + WhatsApp AI chat) | 999 |
You agree not to use Dembri to:
If you do any of the above, we may suspend or terminate your account without refund.
You own everything you upload. Trade licenses, visas, expiry data, and any documents in your vault remain your property. We hold them only to provide the service.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data inside the Dembri platform — strictly for the purpose of running the service for you. This licence ends when you delete the data or close your account.
We do not use your compliance data, uploaded files, or chat history to train any AI model — ours or any third party's.
Dembri uses third-party AI (currently Anthropic Claude) for document analysis and the compliance chat agent. AI output is informational guidance, not legal advice.
AI can be wrong. Verify any deadline, fee, or procedure against the official authority's website (FTA, DET, MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.) before acting on it. You are responsible for your compliance decisions.
If you notice an AI response that gives wrong information about UAE regulations, please report it to hello@dembri.com — we keep a public changelog of corrections.
If you sign up as a PRO firm or compliance agency, you may manage compliance records for your own clients ("Managed Clients") inside Dembri. By doing so, you confirm that:
Dembri uses third-party services to operate (Supabase for storage, Anthropic for AI, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API for messaging). Their separate terms apply when their services are used through Dembri. The full list is in our Privacy Policy § 6.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of these third-party services beyond reasonable effort to maintain integrations.
You can leave anytime. Cancel your subscription in dashboard settings or delete your account entirely. Deleting purges all your data within 30 days; backups within 60 days.
We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms, miss payments after the grace period, are inactive for over 12 months, or as required by UAE law. We'll email you first where reasonably possible.
On termination, your right to access Dembri ends. You can export your data via the dashboard at any time before termination.
Dembri is provided "as is". We give no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Compliance deadlines, fees, and procedures shown in Dembri are informational. Authorities can change rules without notice. Always verify against the relevant UAE government portal before filing, paying, or relying on a deadline.
To the maximum extent allowed by UAE law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that UAE law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes (new fees, new restrictions, change of jurisdiction) will be emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Minor clarifications take effect when posted.
If you keep using Dembri after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, close your account before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), a common-law jurisdiction inside the UAE.
Any dispute that can't be settled by email within 30 days will be submitted to the DIFC Courts, which have exclusive jurisdiction. You and Dembri both waive any objection to DIFC venue.
Choice of DIFC reflects our preference for a transparent, English-language, common-law forum. It does not affect any mandatory consumer protections you have under your local law.
