The compliance engine
for UAE businesses.
Dembri is compliance software for companies in the UAE. It reads your company documents, checks your Dubai licence against the Dubai licence registers, shows the obligations its rule base finds, and reminds you before a date is due.
Obligations tracked. Returns prepared.
Reads your company documents
Upload a trade licence, a VAT or Corporate Tax certificate, an establishment card or a permit. AI reads the dates and Dembri stores the document.
Checks Dubai licences against the registers
Dembri checks a Dubai trade licence against the Dubai licence registers: mainland and the Dubai free zones. DIFC and the other emirates are tracked from the documents you upload.
Shows what is due and when
You see the obligations that Dembri's rule base finds for your company, with the days left, and the penalty where the rule has one.
Reminds you before the date
Reminders go by email and WhatsApp for the dates Dembri tracks.
Prepares VAT and Corporate Tax returns
Dembri prepares the return from the books you keep in Zoho, Xero or Odoo. An independent tax professional reviews it. You approve it and you submit it in your own EmaraTax account.
One company or many
An owner account holds one company. A firm workspace holds many companies in one account, with a portfolio view, a calendar and team access.
What the rule base covers
- Trade licence renewals
- VAT and Corporate Tax deadlines and returns
- Wage Protection System (WPS) obligations
- E-invoicing (Peppol) obligations and deadlines
- goAML registration for DNFBP categories
- Audited financial statement requirements for Corporate Tax
- Emiratisation and data protection (PDPL) obligations
What Dembri does not do
- Dembri does not claim to cover every obligation of every company. Its rule base has more than ninety active rules across 23 regimes.
- Dembri is not accounting software and not a bookkeeper. Your books stay in your own accounting system.
- Dembri does not submit returns. You submit in your own EmaraTax account, with guidance.
- Dembri does not accept personal documents such as an Emirates ID, a passport or a residence visa.
- The licence check covers Dubai. It does not cover DIFC or the other emirates.
- Dembri does not connect to MoHRE, payroll, HR or email systems.
